Signed. If you want people to use the jump frieghter, make the damned thing worth it. Increased cargo capacity, increased jump range and fuel efficiency. Give people BETTER tools rather than making existing ones less effective.

Keep the sov-system as is but make POSes cheaper, use less fuel, have less stront but also make them easier to kill and faster to set up (in terms of anchoring timers). Make station services and pos moduals have less HP over all so they are faster...
